Worldwide Shipping
We offer tracked free shipping worldwide for all silk articles. If you do not see your location in our checkout, please contact us so we may find you a solution. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Norway, and delivery times vary depending on destination. For international orders we offer DHL Express delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer tracked free international shipping on all silk orders, no matter where you are in the world. Your order will be delivered safely and directly to your doorstep with no unexpected fees - all duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout.

Shipping Times | DHL Express
We proudly ship with DHL Express, offering fast, secure, and tracked delivery worldwide. Below you will find estimated delivery times based on your region:
Europe
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days after order is sent
Details: Most major cities enjoy next-business-day delivery. Remote areas may require slightly longer.
Asia
Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days after order is sent
Details: Remote areas may require slightly longer.
North America
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after order is sent
Details: Remote areas may require slightly longer.
Important Information
Customs clearance: All shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning customs duties and VAT are included - there are no hidden fees for you. However, customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery times.
Remote areas: Delivery to rural addresses may require an extra day or two.
Package Delayed or Lost
Should your parcel be delayed or go missing, please contact us - we will assist you swiftly and personally.
Packaging
Every order arrives in a signature silk box, ready for gifting. If your order is a gift, you may request a note to be included at no extra cost. We will endeavor to fulfil any special requests.
Every return is an opportunity for us to do better. You are never just a transaction - you are part of the TLA world, and we care deeply about your experience.
Returns
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery - no questions asked, but always welcome if you would like to share.
Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging).
If you are unsure, simply email us - we are happy to help.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will make it right.
How To Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at clientcare@thelineatelier.no
- We will send you a DHL return label.
- Simply print the label, repackage your item securely, and schedule a pickup with DHL. We will guide you through the process.
- Once your item is returned in its original condition, we will process your refund promptly.
We accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
You will receive confirmation by email when the refund is on its way.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it and placing a new order for your preferred piece.
